| Car Information: | Chassis Number SFC-118 Engine Number S-59-C Black over yellow with tan interior The Silver Dawn was introduced in July 1949. Total production was 761. The production ended in 1955. The Silver Dawn is the smallest postwar Rolls-Royce. It is a car that nicely combines the virtues of a prewar collectible with the utility of a Silver Cloud I, ands undoubtedly has an excellent future as an investment. This car was originally sold in Gibralter. The odometer indicates 120,000km (72,000 miles), which I beleive to be correct based on condition and performance. The car has been meticulously maintained over the years without regard to cost. The body and interior were restored to factory standards in 1981 & 82. The underside of the car is extremely clean. In 1981 a new carpet kit, headliner, and interior (tan leather) were installed. The wood was refinished to perfection. Mechanically, the engine, transmission, rear axle, brakes, exhaust system, drivetrain, tires, and suspension are in superb condition.
